Long-established Scottish law firm Miller Hendry, has merged with Lindsays expanding our team in Dundee and adding offices in Perth and Crieff to the firm.
In this merger, our biggest deal to date, we have expanded our work in key areas such as private client, family law, dispute resolution, commercial, rural and residential property as well as providing Miller Hendry’s clients with the wider range of legal services available at Lindsays.
This deal reinforces our commitment to Dundee and wider Tayside as well as enabling us to open our first offices in Perth and Crieff.
Miller Hendry’s seven partners and teams transferred to Lindsays making our enlarged firm now comprise 46 partners and almost 300 staff.

Miller Hendry staff in Dundee are now based at Lindsays’ offices at Seabraes while those in Perth and Crieff remain in the existing offices.
