All of our “Make a Will” appointments for 2024 have now been allocated.
We would like to thank all our generous clients who took part and supported SAMH this year. If you would like to discuss your Will requirements with a member of our team, our usual Will appointments are available. To book an appointment please fill out the contact us form.
In October 2024 Lindsays is partnering with Scotland’s mental health charity SAMH to offer you the opportunity to make a Will (or update your existing Will) with us – waiving our usual legal fees. All we ask is that you make a donation to SAMH instead.
So, as well as safeguarding the future of your loved ones with a properly drafted Will, you’ll also be supporting the work of Scotland’s national mental health charity.
We’re recommending a donation to SAMH of £200 for an individual Will or £300 for a pair of ‘mirror’ Wills. And if you want to donate more, you can certainly do so.
Please note that this offer applies to simple Wills only. If it turns out your needs are more complex, we’ll discuss this with you, and you won’t be committed to going ahead with anything.
To start the process of making a Will, please complete the online form with your details and quote “SAMH Wills Month” in your message. We will then contact you to arrange a call to discuss your requirements.
