About Sharon
Sharon is a Senior Associate at Lindsays, based in our Dundee office, where she plays a key role in corporate law services across Tayside.
With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Sharon advises clients on private M&A deals / company and business acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts and intellectual property.
She previously worked with Davidson Chalmers Stewart in Edinburgh and, earlier in her career, spent over two years as a Senior Solicitor with Miller Hendry in Dundee. Passionate about supporting local businesses, she is committed to helping SMEs - including Dundee’s thriving games sector - achieve their growth ambitions.
