About Samantha

Samantha is the Business Development Manager in our Personal Injury team based in Edinburgh. Samantha has been dealing with business development matters for the team since 2017, however has been a member of the Personal Injury Team for over 13 years.

She is involved in managing all business development activities within the team. She targets and deals with B2B referrers, and is involved with the drafting of articles, credentials documents and web pages. Samantha is involved in managing the website, and all marketing and social media activities associated with Calio Claims.

Samantha is also a qualified Senior Paralegal, holding her Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Reparation law. She has many years experience working in personal injury and acting for individuals on a wide range of claims including, road traffic accidents, public liability, product liability, accidents at work, medical negligence and industrial injury claims ranging from low to high value awards. She is also experienced in settling cases pre-litigation and in litigating cases in the Sheriff Court.
