Pauline is Lindsays' HR Director. She is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the firm’s objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and ensuring the effective management of all HR operations whilst working with the firm’s senior leadership team to drive people strategies that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Pauline is a qualified Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked in the professional services sector for over 16 years.
