About Marianne
Marianne is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Debt
Recovery Paralegal and the Firm’s Debt Recovery Manager.
She has over 10 years’ experience in supporting clients
recover debts as quickly and efficiently as possible. Her advice covers
all aspects of debt recovery work, including
pre-action investigations and engagement with debtors, the various forms of
court actions, enforcement options and insolvency
proceedings.
Marianne and her team work with property managers, insolvency practitioners, social housing providers, universities, wholesalers and an extensive list of SMEs. She has particular experience in assisting veterinary and dental practices, nursery/ childcare providers, contractors and businesses based beyond Scotland requiring to pursue debts through the Scottish courts.
