Laura is a Director in our Rural-Land & Business team and advises estate owners, rural businesses, banks and individuals on all aspects of rural property law.
She is experienced in dealing with a wide range of rural matters including the acquisition, sale and management of farms and estates, forestry, crofting issues and agricultural leasing. Laura also deals with on-shore wind, hydro and solar renewables projects as well as acting on behalf of banks to take security over agricultural property.
