Jane uses her experience in HR consultancy and employment law to guide SMEs and charities on their ongoing and ad hoc HR matters

Jane Watson heads our Prism HR consultancy. She has nine years' experience working as an HR consultant, including a role as a business advisor for a large Aberdeen-based specialist HR consultancy.

Jane offers HR support to businesses and charities of all sizes and in various sectors. In particular, she works with SMEs and owner-managed businesses that require weekly on-site HR support.

She also provides ad hoc HR support in complex matters often faced by small businesses, such as disciplinary and grievances hearings, redundancy exercises, absence review meetings, and performance management matters.

She originally started her career in private practice as an employment law solicitor, often representing clients in tribunals throughout Scotland.
