Claire has dealt with all aspects of company secretarial administration for a range of clients for over ten years. Claire ensures that clients are aware of all regulatory deadlines and that the requisite filings are made at Companies House, the Stamp Office and elsewhere. By maintaining the board and shareholder records for companies, Claire ensures that they comply with audit and legal obligations.
Claire attended Napier University and gained the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators qualification in Company Secretarial and Share Registration, Scots Business Law and Management Principal and achieved a Paralegal qualification, specialising in Company Law.
