About Caroline
Caroline is a Partner in our Family law team based in our Perth office.
Caroline is collaboratively trained and is experienced in advising clients on all aspects of family and child law including divorce and separation, contact and residence, cohabitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and adoption. She is regularly appointed as a safeguarder, curator ad litem and child welfare report by sheriff courts across Scotland.
Caroline is returning to family law practice after four years with the Scottish Government where she was involved in policy advisory work and drafting secondary legislation in the area of children and education.
