Callum Kennedy is a Partner and acts as legal advisor to many individuals and their families. He also sits on the Council of the WS Society and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Callum specialises in asset protection for clients through inheritance tax planning, Wills and the administration of estates, powers of attorney and guardianships and the creation and managements of trusts.
