Alison Mackay is Professional Support Director in our Commercial Property team, with over 30 years’ experience as a Solicitor.
By providing legal research, knowledge, knowledge management and internal training for our Commercial Property, Residential Property, and Rural – Land and Business teams, she strengthens our support for clients across Scotland.
As well as working in private practice, Alison worked in the regulatory and professional practice teams at the Law Society of Scotland. There she provided advice and guidance to solicitors on a wide range of ethical and professional practice matters including anti-money laundering compliance, conflict of interest, and risk management – experience she uses to enhance the professionalism and tailored advice we offer all our clients.
