Alan's clients range from worldwide multinationals to owner-managed businesses and individuals.
Recent highlights include acting for FanDuel in their 58,567 square foot pre-let of the top three floors of Quartermile 4, which was the largest open market pre-let in Edinburgh's history. Fan Duel, a billion dollar multinational is the second of Scotland’s Unicorn companies and now Quartermile houses both – FanDuel and Skyscanner.

Alan works with a number of family businesses (big and small). Alan also has particular expertise in dealing with companies in the motor trade.
"Working with Alan and Lindsays to help us move into new business premises was an excellent experience. Alan was a true partner throughout, offering objective advice and keeping us right throughout the process all for a very fair price."
