We are delighted to welcome Michael Kitson to Lindsays as a Director in our Commercial Property team based in our Edinburgh office.
Michael brings a wealth of experience, having worked extensively with developers, contractors, consultants, and funders across a range of sectors. He offers comprehensive advice at every stage of a project, from inception to completion.
His expertise includes drafting and negotiating all forms of construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and subcontracts. Michael is also well-versed in standard form construction contracts and provides valuable input into construction related provisions in agreements for lease, development agreements, purchase and sale missives, and funding agreements.
