We are delighted to welcome Clair Cranston as the newest addition to our Family Law team. Clair joins us as a Senior Associate, working across Perthshire and Tayside from our Perth and Dundee offices.
An experienced solicitor with a specialism in Family and Child Law, Clair is an accredited Specialist in Child Law and a Certified Specialist in Trauma-Informed Practice. She has a particular interest in supporting families through complex child law cases and has been a dedicated volunteer legal advisor with the Scottish Child Law Centre for over a decade.
Clair will work closely with Caroline Mackintosh, our Family Law Partner, to support clients through life’s most challenging times. With her wealth of expertise, Clair advises on a wide range of matters, including divorce, separation, child contact and residence, cohabitation agreements, prenups, postnups, and adoption.
On joining the firm, Clair said:
