We are delighted to be partnering with Edinburgh Sports Club (ESC) to launch Edinburgh’s first-ever Corporate League for Padel tennis. Padel is the fastest growing sport in Europe played with its own unique padel racket. It has been likened to ‘tennis with walls’ and ‘squash with a net’.
Stuart Rowson, Partner in our Commercial Property department, said:
“I’m an enthusiastic supporter of Padel and believe that Lindsays Corporate Padel Tennis League is not only a great opportunity to encourage participation in this exciting new sport, but also offers a novel way for professional people from across the city to get together for fitness, networking and some friendly competition.”
Jonathan Tait, Manager at ESC, said:
“We are delighted to be working with Lindsays and to promote padel to the business community in Edinburgh. We are looking for teams (minimum four players per team) to join the League who will play in weekly matches on Wednesday evenings.”
The Lindsays Corporate Padel Tennis League will take place from 20 March 2017 until the end of June and teams are already signed-up from Martin Currie, Investec, Kiltearn, Tesco and our own team from Lindsays.
As part of this association, ESC members will be offered an exclusive package of legal and estate agency services that will result in further investment into the club. For more information click here.
The Edinburgh Sports Club is a thriving rackets club based in the city’s west end with squash, tennis, padel and hardball courts.
