Collette Gibson [above] joins our Commercial Property team as a newly qualified solicitor. Collette spent the majority of her career within the financial sector before initiating her training with Carruthers Gemmill Solicitors where the majority of her work involved both residential conveyancing and commercial property. Collette assigned her training contract where she spent the remainder of her traineeship in litigation, working on a broad range of criminal, civil and immigration matters.

Two-new-faces-for-our-Glasgow-office-Mar

Marianne Stirling [above] is a Debt Recovery paralegal in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. She joins us from McClure Naismith LLP where she dealt primarily with heritable secured litigation and repossession actions. She also has considerable experience in social housing cases and property management and factoring cases which included negotiations with defenders to agree acceptable payment arrangements.
