The Lindsays East District XC Relays take place on Saturday 1 October, opening this year’s National Cross Country season.
This first event is in Galashiels with hundreds of athletes taking part and will be followed by the West and North events on Saturday 8 October in Glasgow and Nairn.
The final relay event of this season will take place on Saturday 22 October with the National XC Relay Champs at Cumbernauld House.
