Jennifer Gallagher, Partner in our Family Law team based in our Dundee office has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Child Law, adding to her accreditations in Family Law and Family Mediation. This also makes her the only family lawyer in Dundee to hold three specialist accreditations.
This recognition by the Law Society of Scotland reinforces the specialist strength of our family law team which now includes dual accredited Partners in each of our three offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. Alison McKee, Partner and head of our Family Law team is based in Glasgow, Nina Taylor, Partner in our Edinburgh office, and now Jennifer in Dundee are all accredited in Family and Child law.
The Law Society of Scotland’s specialist accreditation scheme recognises solicitors who have developed expert knowledge during their careers. It can provide helpful guidance for people when choosing a solicitor, so they can be assured they choose someone with the necessary expertise, particularly in more complex cases.
