We are delighted to welcome Qasim Ali back to Lindsays as he returns following a spell away from the firm – he has been appointed as an associate and will be based in our Glasgow city centre offices.
Our Corporate team continues to broaden its work, advising businesses across a wide spectrum of sectors - from tech and financial services to hospitality - and on a range of issues, including mergers, acquisitions, investments and restructures.
Qasim was previously a Solicitor with Lindsays between April 2021 and August 2023. He has experience in all areas of corporate law, with clients including international enterprises, high-growth companies and SMEs.
Talking about his new role, Qasim said: “I am delighted to be back at Lindsays, taking the next step in my career.
“I have been around businesses my entire life and have a real passion for helping them to succeed. My family runs its own business in the convenience sector and this naturally led me to corporate law. I particularly enjoy working for owner-managers and learning about their businesses.”
