Kate Wyatt and Nina Taylor, have been promoted to Director in our Employment and Family Law teams respectively.
Kate is based in the Dundee office. She joined Lindsays in May 2014 and is a specialist in employment law advising both employers and individuals across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. She works with clients in various sectors and has acted for organisations in the life sciences, higher education and independent schools sector, as well as for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Nina is based in the Edinburgh office. She has over 20 years’ experience within the Family Law sector and is accredited as a specialist in Family Law by The Law Society of Scotland, and is a member of The Family Law Association. Her experience includes advocacy in the Sheriff Court, including Child Welfare Hearings and complex multi-day Proofs, together with Court of Session actions. Nina has a particular interest in child relocation cases and also advises on the financial consequences of separation and divorce.
Alastair Smith (Edinburgh) and Clare Wilson (Glasgow) are promoted to Senior Associates in our Corporate and Technology Group and the Commercial Property teams respectively.
