One important change happening next year is the introduction of the new data protection regulations which come in to effect in May 2018. Not only do all organisations need to review the personal data they hold and how they manage it, they also need to ensure they have consent from individuals to send out news or marketing information to them after May 2018.
Finally, this year has been another exciting one for Lindsays - our steady growth has led to our Glasgow team moving into new offices at 100 Queen Street. Our new home provides an ideal place for us to continue supporting all our clients with their legal needs.
