Ben Doherty’s discussion with Rob Moore, Managing Director of The Career Management Organisation (TCMO) on Thursday 21 January 2016 offered insights into a few of the current hot topics in employment law.
In this podcast, Ben covered issues such as the implications of the legislation for the living wage and gender pay gap reporting. He also commented on what skills employers need to make the best leaders, how to deal with redundancy and in what way outplacement fits into settlements.
