Schedule of Charges

It is our practice to send our files to a Law Accountant or Auditor of Court for an independent assessment of a fair and reasonable fee for the work we have carried out. The Assessor’s fee for this will be met by the estate and is typically around 4% of the fee calculated for the work completed. 

In assessing the fees, the Law Accountant will take into account a number of important factors including: the importance of the matter to you; the amount of value of any money or property involved; the complexity, difficulty or novelty of the matter; the skilled labour, specialised knowledge and responsibility involved on our part; the time expended; the length, number and importance of any documents or other papers prepared or perused; and the degree of expedition required. In order to assist in the transparency of executry feeing, we have developed the following Schedule of Charges for Executry work:
