With this in mind we have developed Lindsays Alliance, a package of services that are designed to provide practical support that will help you help your clients.
The benefits
Members of Lindsays Alliance will have access to seminars offering insights into specialist areas of the law and a free telephone helpline for general guidance on any matter. If you instruct us to act for your client directly you will receive financial recognition for the work referred.
Underpinning everything that we do is a commitment from us to deliver an excellent service and work with you to enhance your relationship with your client.
Free seminars
We host seminars designed to help you keep up with changes that may affect your clients. Topics covered so far include dealing with boundary disputes, tenancy deposit schemes and evictions for residential landlords, personal bankruptcy issues and specialist family law matters such as child relocation.
Telephone helpline
We offer a telephone helpline service where you can speak to one of our specialists to discuss any matter which falls within our range of expertise. The first 15 minutes of the call are free of charge and we would expect to be able to give general guidance on most matters within that initial call. If further input is required from us we will agree next steps and a fixed fee where appropriate for any additional work.
Recognition for work referred
If you refer a client to us we will give you a referral fee. This will be paid to you once we have received payment from your client.
Non-poaching agreement
We understand that you need the peace of mind that when you refer a client to us your relationship with your client will not only remain unaffected but will be enhanced by the service delivered by us. When you refer a client they remain your client and should they come back to us on another matter we will refer them back to you.
