Litigation funding

In certain cases we can advise you on alternative methods of funding the litigation including accepting instructions on a speculative basis or securing third party funding from specialist litigation funders.

• We recovered a seven-figure claim in ‘springboard’ profits for our client which involved cross-border applications for the recovery of documentation.
• Involved in the first litigation taken by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers for enforcement of the City Code.
