Gavin heads up the Banking team at Lindsays and is based in Edinburgh.
He advises both lenders and borrowers in relation to a wide range of transactions involving mainstream lenders, financial institutions, challenger banks, peer-to-peer lenders and alternative sources of finance.
Having initially qualified as a commercial property lawyer, he has a particular specialism in all aspects of property finance work with considerable knowledge of both investment and development finance transactions. He regularly provides Scots law advice in relation to a variety of cross border, multi-jurisdictional deals.
