About Dawn
Dawn has over 20 years’ experience in the sector with her main expertise being in retail and property and acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to property investment and development. She has also worked in other sectors such as office and industrial, student accommodation, hotel and leisure and licensed premises.
Dawn has considerable experience in the renewable energy field acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to windfarms and run of river hydro projects.
She has acted for volume housebuilders in relation to strategic land acquisition and site assembly, acquisition of access and other servitude rights and preparation or disposal after build out.
Her experience includes carrying out many corporate support roles where M&A and share purchase and sale transactions have a property aspect to them.
